Dr. Anish currently works at the Centre for Biotechnology, Maharshi Dayanand University. His current research interest is to developed immunological and molecular methods for diagnosis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA and their virulence biomarkers in the osteoarticular tuberculosis (OATB) patients. He is also evaluated to explore the early and rapid diagnosis of OATB by various methods such as PCR, M-PCR, LAMP, Multi-targeted LAMP, ELISA, Immuno-PCR and Real time-I-PCR etc.
