This article aimed to investigate the dark side of leadership behavior on counterproductive work behavior with the mediating role of emotional exhaustion and moderating effect of organizational cynicism. This study applied a PLS-SEM partial least square structural equation modeling technique to test the hypotheses on a sample of 345 police personnel of Pakistan. The results of this study indicate a positive and strong association between the despotic leadership and counterproductive work behavior. The findings show a positive and significant influence of despotic leadership on emotional exhaustion. Moreover, the results show an important and significant influence of the despotic leadership and counterproductive work behavior when the mediation role of emotional exhaustion is included. Furthermore, this study found an insignificant moderating influence of organizational cynicism in the relationship between despotic leadership and emotional exhaustion. Implications and limitations are also discussed in this article.

Social entrepreneurship is the procedure of social mission that helps the society using innovative ideas and merging resources to develop economic and social values. This study aims to identify the role of social mission and social innovation on sustainable enterprise development with the mediating role of social network, and the moderating role of government regulations. The nature of our study is cross-sectional, and structural equation modeling is used on a sample of 486 social entrepreneurs from 27 countries with the help of online survey data. The results illustrate that social mission and social innovation are positively related to sustainable enterprise development. Besides, findings indicate that social network has a partially mediating role in the relationship between social mission and social innovation on sustainable enterprise development. Moreover, this study states that government regulations also have a positive influence and significant moderating effect on sustainable enterprise development. Our findings might be helpful for social entrepreneurs to create a more positive social impact on society and business enterprise’s growth.

With the growth of rural tourism in China, this study aims to determine the destination attributes, tourism satisfaction, and intention of revisiting Inner Mongolia. This study also investigated the mean comparison of tourist satisfaction and revisit intention across domestic tourists’ demographic characteristics. Structural analysis revealed that destination attributes have a positive influence on satisfaction and revisit intention. In addition, the result of the mean difference test showed that satisfaction is significantly different between male and female tourists, and revisit intention significantly varies across the season. Our findings have an excellent directive significance to bring forward rural tourism in Inner Mongolia.

In recent times, the circular economy has gained much attention due to its emphasis on sustainability. Likewise, reverse logistics also plays a significant role in embracing and practical implications of the circular economy in the supply chain process. Disposition is among the critical factors that can strongly relate to reverse logistics in the light of sustainable practices. It also improves the overall operative productivity of reverse logistics. This study's primary goal is to investigate the concept of reverse logistics in the Pakistan textile manufacturing industry. Disposition decision effects using a triple bottom line that includes environmental, economic, and social performance under reverse logistics were also examined. Disposition decisions methodology and a triple bottom line approach were used for study hypothesis development. A survey-based approach was adopted using an online questionnaire technique by sending emails to 400 textile manufacturers in Pakistan. This study applied PLS (SEM) to test the hypothesis. Moreover, results also disclose positive linkage with triple bottom line performance. This research will be opening a new research paradigm for academicians, industries, and policymakers for the effective improvement in overall textile manufacturing reverse logistics.
