Belal graduated in Chemistry Department, Faculty of Science, Damanhur University, 2011 (Egypt). During the period (2014-2019), M. Belal got Master Degree in Organic Chemistry, titled "Development of Conductive Polymeric Composite Materials", Chemistry Department, Alexandria University (Egypt), and worked as Research assistant at Egypt-Japan University for Science and Technology (Egypt).
