Misael Lopez-Ramirez received his B.S., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Guanajuato, Guanajuato, Mexico, in 2011, 2013, and 2017, respectively. He concluded a post-doctoral stay at the Technological Institute of Aguascalientes, Mexico. He joined Division de Ingenierias del Campus Irapuato-Salamanca de la Universidad de Guanajuato, Guanajuato, Mexico, where he is currently a national researcher at Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnologia, Mexico. His current research interests include image and signal processing, power quality, and digital systems applied to industry.
