Prof. Xuming Zhang

Xuming Zhang received his BS and MS in material science and engineering from Wuhan University of Technology, in 1998 and 2001, respectively, and his PhD degree in material science and engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai, China, in 2005. From 2006 to 2008, he worked in School of Mechanical Science and Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology as a postdoctoral researcher. Between 2008 and 2009, he pursued his postdoctoral research at University of California, Davis, USA. Since 2009, he has been an associate professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His research interest includes medical image processing.
