Sonia Marín-Sillué is a Full Professor in the Food Technology Department, University of Lleida and has been in there since 2006. She possesses a BSc in Agronomic Engineering (University of Lleida, Spain, 1994) and a PhD in Agronomic Engineering (University of Lleida, Spain, 1998). Her current and previous research interests include mycotoxins and food mycology.
