Dr. Sercan Karav is an Associate Professor at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Turkey. He earned his MSc in Food Engineering from Ankara University and a PhD in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, USA. His research interests mainly include Life Sciences, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Microbial Genetics, and Natural Sciences.
