Changrui Liao is a Ph.D., Distinguished
Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor at Shenzhen University, as well as Deputy
Director of the Guangdong-Hong Kong Joint Research Centre for Optical Fiber
Sensors. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Huazhong University
of Science and Technology in 2005 and 2007, respectively, and obtained his
Ph.D. from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2012. Since October 2012, he has
served at Shenzhen University as Lecturer, Associate Professor, and
Distinguished Professor. His research focuses on optical fiber sensing and
imaging technology, along with femtosecond laser-based micro/nano-fabrication
technology. He has been recognized as an Excellent Young Scholar by NSFC
(National Natural Science Foundation of China), Guangdong Provincial
Outstanding Young Scholar, Youth Talent of Guangdong Special Support Programme,
Shenzhen Municipal Excellent Young Scholar, and Excellent Young Scholar of
Shenzhen University.

Changrui Liao is a Ph.D., Distinguished
