Nasreen Badruddi received a B.Eng. (Hons. first class) from RMIT University, Australia, in 2000, an M.S. in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, in 2002 and a Ph.D. in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Melbourne, Australia, in 2011. From 2002 to 2006, she served as a lecturer at the Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), Malaysia. Upon completing her Ph.D., Dr. Badruddin rejoined UTP and is currently an associate professor int the department of electrical and Eeectronic engineering. She is also a member of the Smart and Rehabilitative Technologies (SmART) group under the Institute of Health and Analytics at UTP. Her research interests are in wireless communications, signal processing, and data analytics for biomedical applications.
