Purpose: Current study aimed at examining the moderating role of education technology on the relationship between change resistance management (Efficient Managing, Participation, Communication, Organizational Culture, and Managerial Practices) and the transition to distance learning. Theoretical Framework: It's important to remember that resistance is a natural reaction caused by Fear of the unknown and uncertainty about the goals of change and, in some cases, a lack of sufficient information about reform, and that it shouldn't be viewed as a bad thing in and of itself. Design/Methodology/Approach: Quantitative methodology was adopted, and a questionnaire was distributed on a convenience sample of (391) lecturers of different tanks within private universities in Jordan. SPSS was employed in order to screen, process and analyze gathered primary data. Findings: Results of study indicated that education technology moderated the relationship between change resistance management and the transition to distance learning that was attributed to managerial practices as the highest influential approach with B= .585 while organizational culture scored an influence but it was the lowest with B= 0.82. Research , Practical & Social implications: As for the main hypothesis of study, results indicated that education technology manifested the transition to distance learning through the approach which helped in managing the transition through educational technology, as it constituted a comprehensive reference guides for education and provided basic information and framework for distance education that included many channels such as television, digital technology, online platforms and mobile phone. Originality/ Value: The current study showed that most of the resistance during the transitional period of distance education due to the COVID 19 pandemic was due to a lack of knowledge, information, skills, and technological capabilities, as most of the resistance appeared after identifying the platforms they dealt with, the existing infrastructure, and weaknesses. How well university IT departments can handle the massive demand caused by this rapid and unanticipated transformation.

Indoor air quality is paramount for the health and well-being of individuals, especially in enclosed spaces like office buildings, schools, hospitals, and homes where people spend a significant amount of time. Ensuring good indoor air quality is not only essential for reducing symptoms such as headaches, eye and respiratory irritation, fatigue, and difficulty in concentration, but it is also a key component of sustainable building practices aimed at promoting long-term health and environmental balance. This study aims to explore the impact of the microclimate and fungal microbiota on the health and cognitive performance of occupants in a university classroom, which is part of a cultural heritage building. The research delves into various microclimatic parameters, including temperature, relative humidity, CO2, volatile organic compounds, O2, and particulate matters (PM2.5 and PM10), to understand their influence on the development of microbiota and the manifestation of symptoms associated with Sick Building Syndrome. Over the course of a year-long investigation, microbiological samples were collected, revealing the presence of 19 fungal species, with Cladosporium, Alternaria, and Aureobasidium being the most prevalent genera. These species were found to thrive in an environment characterized by inadequate ventilation, posing potential health risks to occupants, such as allergic reactions and respiratory infections. Microclimatic parameter values such as mean temperature of 22.9 °C and mean relative humidity of 38.5% indicated moderate conditions for fungal proliferation, but occasional high levels of PM2.5 and CO2 indicated periods of poor indoor air quality, negatively influencing the comfort and health of the occupants. The questionnaires completed by 190 students showed that 51.5% reported headaches, 44.2% frequent sneezing, and 43.7% severe fatigue, linking these symptoms to increased levels of CO2 and PM2.5. The novelty of the study lies in the integrated approach to indoor air quality assessment in a heritage educational building, highlighting the need for improved ventilation and air management to enhance health and cognitive performance, while emphasizing sustainable indoor environment management that balances occupant well-being with the preservation of cultural heritage.

The research aimed to know The impact of the Corona pandemic on the revenues and expenditures of the Jordanian general government and the gross domestic product And reached the following results: The Corona Covid-19 pandemic is greater than being limited to a health crisis, it is a humanitarian disaster that led to changes and transformations that attacked the heart of societies and their economies, so it was imperative for countries to work on the continuity of economic activity and the preservation of the wheel of production in the country while limiting the spread of the disease. It led to a complete and total halt to any economic activity, which caused the cancellation of many capital expenditures scheduled in the context of strict measures, as the restrictions imposed on travel and trade resulted in a decrease in revenues and an increase in expenditures, and the Corona pandemic caused an increase in the deficit rate in the state's general budget, as a result of the large expenses incurred by the state, with a clear decrease in annual revenues, but the state was able in the years following the pandemic to reduce the deficit rate in the budget and cancel many capital expenditures and freeze the performance of some economic activities, which is considered a severe blow to the domestic product, considering that revenues and expenditures enable the state to play its role effectively, as the decrease in revenues and the increase in expenditures call for a review of the structure of government institutions and the duties assigned to them The services it provides, which calls for a mix of its services to ensure mitigation of the pandemic and any crisis that the country may be exposed to, which confirms the validity of the first hypothesis and in light of such crises, and practicing that pivotal role that links the actors in the economic sectors, which allows them to be stronger than before, which confirms the validity of the second hypothesis. They recommended the following: Establishing permanent centers for crisis and risk management at the state level and at the level of the various economic sectors, and activating coordination between them to deal with various crises and risks, and developing training programs for workers on how to deal with crises and how to deal with their effects, and appointing experts and specialists to monitor, analyze and prepare reports on the various crises that the various sectors are going through and building a comprehensive database to predict crises before they occur. 10- Strengthening relations between the various governmental, civil and economic sectors with the media institutions due to their importance in spreading awareness and participating in conferences and interviews that help spread knowledge, and the need to benefit from the experiences of other countries in how to overcome crises.

Purpose: To examine the influence of Green Entrepreneurial Orientation (GEO) on organisational sustainable practices. Design/Methodology/Approach: Quantitative methodology was applied through a questionnaire that was self-administered by 218 respondents. Findings: There is a great influence of GEO on organisational Sustainable Practices (OSP). Findings corroborated that GEO has a significant impact on OSP, whereas 65.4% of the variance in sustainable practices can be attributed to the GEO dimensions. Originality/Value: This paper delves into the role of GEO in influencing sustainable practices in the energy industry. Through the breakdown of dimensions such as innovativeness and autonomy, it demonstrates a high predictive capacity for sustainable outcomes of GEO. Research Limitations: Study was limited to energy companies in Jordan during the fiscal year 2024-2025. Practical Implications: The research provides practical implications for energy firms and policymakers by showing that cultivating a green entrepreneurship culture should focus on autonomy and competitive spirit. Keywords: Green Entrepreneurial Orientation; Organisational Sustainable Practices; Innovativeness; Risk-Taking, Proactiveness; Competitive Aggressiveness; Autonomy. Citation: Al-Hyari, H.
