Dr. Rabia Riaz received her Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from AJOU University South Korea in 2009 and her master's degree in Computer Sciences from Fatimah Jinnah Women University Pakistan in 2002. She has served at the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, since 2009. Currently, she is Head of the Department of Computer Sciences and IT (UAJK). Previously, she was Chairperson, Department of Electrical Engineering (UAJK), and Chairperson, Department of Software Engineering (UAJK). She is the author of 2 books and more than 40 research articles in internationally reputed
journals and conferences. She also holds one patent registered in the Korean patent office.
Her research interests include network security, cyber-security, and digital forensics.
