Chih-Keng Chen received B.S. and M.S. degrees from the mechanical engineering department of National Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan, in 1986 and 1988, respectively, and a Ph.D. degree in systems and control engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, USA, in 1993. He is currently a Professor at the Department of Vehicle Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan. His current research interests include hydraulic systems, vehicle dynamics and control, and vehicle braking control systems. 1.
