Using cloud computing, businesses can adopt IT without incurring a significant upfront cost. The Internet has numerous benefits, but model security remains a concern, which affects cloud embracing negatively. The security challenge gets too difficult underneath data center, while additional dimensions such as model design, multitenancy, elasticity, and the layers dependency stack have been added to the problem scope. We present a thorough examination of the cloud security challenge in this article. We looked at the issue from the standpoints of network infrastructure: cloud-provided features, cloud consumers, and cloud service delivery methods. Based on this research, we developed an in-depth characterization of the data protection challenge and recommended security solutions that should address the critical aspects of the issue. Cloud computing is an exploding field of research that relies on distributing computing power instead of using dedicated computers or smart devices. Most of the growth in this sector is attributed to the indispensability of electronic and digital gadgets and the shift from a traditional IT subscription model to a unique cloud model. Cloud computing offered a significant danger and difficulty for information system projects, but it also provided them with several possibilities to improve their data processing. It has also been noted that cloud users and consumers do not yet have the necessary forensic skills to detect illegal activity in the cloud. Although the cloud offers potential technological and economic advantages, consumers have been reluctant to adopt it primarily due to security concerns and the difficulty of conducting an appropriate investigation into the cloud. Some study has been done in this area, and strategies for conducting forensic investigations have been proposed. In this research paper, we begin by analyzing the intrusion detection progress made by other academics, and then we analyze and evaluate our conclusions in order to assess the potential difficulties that cloud forensics face based on these findings.

PCM (phase‐change memory) is a memory innovation that has gained prominence as a capacity‐class memory for computer systems. It is made up of a tiny functional amount of phase‐change material that is located in the middle of two electrodes. In PCM, data is kept by utilizing the difference in electrical resistance between a crystalline phase, which has a high resistance, and its amorphous phase, which has a low resistance. Using electrical pulses, the phase‐change material would be shifted from a high to the low conductive region and conversely. However, the device’s material science concerned with PCM has been generally studied, and questions remain regarding their electrical, warm, and fundamental aspects since its publication in the 1960s. One major downside of PCM is its low heat conductivity, which causes delays in the energy charging/discharging procedure and hardware efficiency. As a result of this, one of the primary focuses of PCM studies has been the improvement of PCM’s heat conductivity through the utilization of nanotechnology and nanomaterials. Nanotechnology has been developing ultrasmall nanoparticles to improve traditional PCMs’ thermophysical characteristics. These nanomaterials, such as metal, metal oxide, and carbon, will significantly boost PCM’s thermal properties, including supercooling, viscosity, and heat capacity. An overview of PCM devices is presented in this article, which underlies perusing and composition activities. Consequently, we offered novel PCM devices and materials. Therefore, the total study is qualitative, and no machine learning approach is used. Because of this, we cannot say that the data is quantitative. Our work includes both test representations of the specific features observed in nanoscale PCM devices and material science demonstrations. In the end, we provide a point of view on some remaining open inquiries and possible future exploration directions.

Unlike Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), Phase Change Memory (PCM) offers higher density, longer data retention, and improved scalability because of its non-volatility and low leakage power. However, Electrically-Addressable PCM (EPCM) has a higher dynamic power and long latency than DRAM. To address these issues, scientists have developed Optically-Addressable PCM (OPCM), which uses 5-level cells instead of 2-level cells in EPCM. A silicon photonic link allows optical signals to reach OPCM cells at a high speed. Hence, OPCM can achieve a higher density while maintaining better performance at multi-level cells and consuming less power per access. However, OPCM is not suitable for general use since the photonic links do not provide an electrical interface to the processor. The aim of this paper is to present a hybrid OPCM architecture based on the use of novel multi-bank clusters with distinctive properties. Electrical-Optical-Electrical conversion (EOE) allows OPCM cells to be randomly accessed by using DRAM-like circuitry. The proposed hybrid design with multi-core processing and OPCM achieves a 2.13x speedup over previous approaches while consuming less Central Processing Unit (CPU) power. It is important to note that the proposed design offers 97 units fewer power-consistent bits than EPCM. In addition, the proposed architecture provides comparable performance and power to DDR4, as well as improved bandwidth density, space efficiency, and versatility. The Gem5 simulator was used to evaluate the design. Based on the outcomes of the analysis, the proposed architecture offers 2.08x and 2.14x better evaluations and density performance than EPCM. Furthermore, the execution time has been reduced by 2.13x, the analysis time by 1.23x, and the composition time by 4.60%.

Among Non-Volatile Memories (NVMs), PCMs are considered the best alternative to DRAM (dynamic random-access memories). As a result of its superior performance and scalability, there are several advantages over DRAM, including lower leakage and energy consumption, higher cell number, and smaller cells. This kind of memory does, however, suffer from a long write latency. In this article, we present a technique to reduce write latency by reducing the number of SET operations. The proposed method is an improved Write Time Speed-up (WTS) code scheme. In the proposed scheme, a new code based on hamming weight is given, and an appropriate algorithm is written to reduce the number of SET operations. Compared with current methods, the proposed scheme decreased SET and RESET operations by 3.9 percent, SET operations by 3.3 percent, and power consumption by 2.6 percent. Visual Basic 6 and GEM 5 simulations are used to simulate the suggested method

In this study, machine learning is examined in relation to commercial machine learning's resilience to the COVID-19 pandemic-related crisis. Two approaches are used to assess the pandemic's impact on machine learning risk, as well as a method to prioritize sectors according to the crisis's potential negative consequences. I conducted the study to determine Santander machine learning's resilience. The data mining area offers prospects for COVID-19's future. A total of 13 machine learning demos were selected for its organization. The Hellweg strategy and the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) technique were utilized as direct request strategies. Parametric assessment of machine learning versatility in business was based on capital sufficiency, liquidity proportion, market benefits, and share in an arrangement of openings with a perceived disability, and affectability of machine learning's credit portfolio to monetary hazard. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, these enterprises were ranked according to their threat. Based on the findings of the research, machine learning worked the best for the pandemic. Meanwhile, machine learning suffered the most during the downturn. It can be seen, for example, in conversations about the impact of the pandemic on developing business sector soundness and managing financial framework solidity risk.
