This paper conducts a systematic review and interdisciplinary analysis of the ethical challenges of generative AI technologies (N = 37), highlighting significant concerns such as privacy, data protection, copyright infringement, misinformation, biases, and societal inequalities. The ability of generative AI to produce convincing deepfakes and synthetic media, which threaten the foundations of truth, trust, and democratic values, exacerbates these problems. The paper combines perspectives from various disciplines, including education, media, and healthcare, underscoring the need for AI systems that promote equity and do not perpetuate social inequalities. It advocates for a proactive approach to the ethical development of AI, emphasizing the necessity of establishing policies, guidelines, and frameworks that prioritize human rights, fairness, and transparency. The paper calls for a multidisciplinary dialogue among policymakers, technologists, and researchers to ensure responsible AI development that conforms to societal values and ethical standards. It stresses the urgency of addressing these ethical concerns and advocates for the development of generative AI in a socially beneficial and ethically sound manner, contributing significantly to the discourse on managing AI’s ethical implications in the modern digital era. The study highlights the theoretical and practical implications of these challenges and suggests a number of future research directions.

This narrative review synthesizes and analyzes empirical studies on the adoption and acceptance of ChatGPT in higher education, addressing the need to understand the key factors influencing its use by students and educators. Anchored in theoretical frameworks such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Diffusion of Innovation (DoI) Theory, Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) model, and Theory of Planned Behavior, this review highlights the central constructs shaping adoption behavior. The confirmed factors include hedonic motivation, usability, perceived benefits, system responsiveness, and relative advantage, whereas the effects of social influence, facilitating conditions, privacy, and security vary. Conversely, technology readiness and extrinsic motivation remain unconfirmed as consistent predictors. This study employs a qualitative synthesis of 40 peer-reviewed empirical studies, applying thematic analysis to uncover patterns in the factors driving ChatGPT adoption. The findings reveal that, while the traditional technology adoption models offer valuable insights, a deeper exploration of the contextual and psychological factors is necessary. The study’s implications inform future research directions and institutional strategies for integrating AI to support educational innovation.

This review explores the Metaverse, focusing on user perceptions and emphasizing the critical aspects of usability, social influence, and interoperability within this emerging digital ecosystem. By integrating various academic perspectives, this analysis highlights the Metaverse's significant impact across various sectors, emphasizing its potential to reshape digital interaction paradigms. The investigation reveals usability as a cornerstone for user engagement, demonstrating how social dynamics profoundly influence user behaviors and choices within virtual environments. Furthermore, the study outlines interoperability as a paramount challenge, advocating for establishing unified protocols and technologies to facilitate seamless experiences across disparate Metaverse platforms. It advocates for the adoption of inclusive, ergonomically oriented designs aimed at enhancing user participation. It addresses the ethical and societal challenges posed by the Metaverse, including concerns related to digital harassment, invasive marketing practices, and breaches of privacy. Additionally, the review identifies existing gaps in the literature, particularly regarding the Metaverse's implications for healthcare, its impact on educational outcomes, and the urgent need for empirical data concerning its long-term effects on user psychology and behavior.

Generative AI is revolutionizing the way organizations operate, offering transformative capabilities that span automated content creation, strategic decision-making, and customer engagement through AI-driven chatbots. This paper conducts a comprehensive literature review to explore the applications, challenges, and strategic requirements for adopting generative AI in organizational contexts, focusing on the distinct needs of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and large organizations. The findings reveal that generative AI can improve efficiency, drive innovation, and improve customer satisfaction, but its adoption pathways differ significantly between organizational sizes. For SMEs, the emphasis lies on cost-effective and scalable solutions that optimize resource-constrained operations. At the same time, large organizations leverage their extensive resources to scale AI applications, manage complex systems, and address ethical and regulatory challenges. The study highlights critical barriers, including data privacy concerns, integration with legacy systems, and resistance to change, alongside actionable recommendations for overcoming these challenges. By synthesizing insights from 38 high-quality studies, this research bridges the gap between theory and practice. It provides a roadmap for organizations of varying scales to harness generative AI as a cornerstone of their digital transformation journey. It also identifies key areas for future exploration, ensuring relevance in this rapidly evolving field.

Malicious apps specifically aimed at the Android platform have increased in tandem with the proliferation of mobile devices. Malware is now so carefully written that it is difficult to detect. Due to the exponential growth in malware, manual methods of malware are increasingly ineffective. Although prior writers have proposed numerous high-quality approaches, static and dynamic assessments inherently necessitate intricate procedures. The obfuscation methods used by modern malware are incredibly complex and clever. As a result, it cannot be detected using only static malware analysis. As a result, this work presents a hybrid analysis approach, partially tailored for multiple-feature data, for identifying Android malware and classifying malware families to improve Android malware detection and classification. This paper offers a hybrid method that combines static and dynamic malware analysis to give a full view of the threat. Three distinct phases make up the framework proposed in this research. Normalization and feature extraction procedures are used in the first phase of pre-processing. Both static and dynamic features undergo feature selection in the second phase. Two feature selection strategies are proposed to choose the best subset of features to use for both static and dynamic features. The third phase involves applying a newly proposed detection model to classify android apps; this model uses a neural network optimized with an improved version of HHO. Application of binary and multi-class classification is used, with binary classification for benign and malware apps and multi-class classification for detecting malware categories and families. By utilizing the features gleaned from static and dynamic malware analysis, several machine-learning methods are used for malware classification. According to the results of the experiments, the hybrid approach improves the accuracy of detection and classification of Android malware compared to the scenario when considering static and dynamic information separately.
