Artificial intelligence (AI) has grown, and technologies have intensified across all fields of life, particularly in education. AI has been applied to resources to improve skills giving teachers the time and freedom to provide understanding and adaptability and drive performance. This paper, written for policymakers in the field of education, highlights the impact of AI and advancements in academic policy. These academic policymakers generate ideas and strategies for applying AI across various disciplines. There is also discussion around AI implementation in education throughout developing nations for moving towards and ensuring affordable, high-quality education for every individual. Education for sustainable development (ESD) aims to promote the development of knowledge, skills, understanding, values and actions necessary to build a sustainable world, to protect and preserve the environment, and promote social equity and economic sustainability. This paper analyses how AI can be used to update learning probabilities by providing examples of how it can be integrated with existing educational systems, using data to improve educational capital and quality in developing countries. It goes on to discuss whether policymakers and institutions can reinvent and rework educational programs to polish graduates’ skills for the growing presence of AI across all disciplines. There are four main parts to this work: (1) different dimensions regarding the complexities and potential implications, (2) the pros and cons of educational sustainability policy related to AI, (3) carving out AI and its outstanding execution, and finally (4) the linkage of AI with higher education within the context of educational expansions. In conclusion, the paper focuses on AI’s applications, benefits and sustainable development education challenges.

This paper focuses on advances in the understanding of both the fundamental and applied aspects of nanomaterials. Nanoparticles (titania and graphene oxide) in water-based fluid lying on a surface incorporating the leading edge accretion (or ablation) are analyzed. Entropy generation rate is also considered. The Hall current effect is induced in the flow of hybrid nanofluid, due to which the two-dimensional study converts into three-dimensional space. Similarity transformations convert the equations of momentum, heat transfer, nanoparticles volume fraction and boundary conditions into non-dimensional form. Mathematica software is used to obtain the computation through homotopy analysis method. Analysis is provided through the effects of different parameters on different profiles by sketching the graphs. Flow, heat transfer and nanoparticles concentration in TiO2/H2O, as well as GO-TiO2/H2O, are decreased with increasing the Stefan blowing effect, while entropy generation rate elevates upon increasing each parameter. Both of the velocity components are reduced with increasing the Hall parameter. Streamlines demonstrate that trapping is increased at the left side of the surface. The obtained results are compared with the published work which show the authentication of the present work.

Purpose: The impact of corporate sustainability practices on the firm performance of Indian-listed businesses was investigated in this study. Theoretical Framework: The present research investigated the stakeholder theory’s application to corporate sustainability initiatives. Many recent studies have claimed that the theory encompasses a wide range of other elements that can affect the firm's valuation in addition to its purely economic value (Martin, 2022; Bodhanwala, 2022 ). To ensure firm performance in the current dynamic business environment, it is crucial to evaluate the scope of value creation from a stakeholder perspective in this context. Design/Methodology/Approach: The corporate sustainability practices of 65 listed Indian firms were evaluated using the ESG score from the refinitive database of Thomson Reuters, and the firm performance was evaluated using the ROA (return on assets) score from the Prowess IQ database. The presented hypotheses were tested using single and multiple regression models for the study period of 2017–2021. Findings: Findings suggest that the sustainability practices of listed companies in India had a significant positive impact on the firm performance. On detailed analysis, it was further found that among the three sustainability variables, social and governance activities of firms had a significant positive impact on firm performance while environmental activities had a negative insignificant association with firm performance. Research, Practical & Social Implications: The findings of this study highlight the importance of supporting sustainable enterprises and properly reporting them in order to enhance firm-level performance. The study’s findings may also assist the business in piquing the interest of various stakeholders in reference to its sustainability initiatives and aid it in luring more investors. Originality/Value: The study’s empirical data can be used by different governmental and regulatory agencies to help them take the necessary steps to support different sustainable business practices.

In the current work 17-4PH Stainless Steel is deposited using SLM process. It is widely used to build structural parts appropriate for automotive, medical, and aerospace applications. The 17-4 PH SS samples were deposited using technical parameters such as laser power: LP, Scan speed: SS, and hatch distance: HD) were studied to analyze the wear rate and ultimate tensile strength. Fracture and wear track analysis was performed using SEM analysis. The DOE-Taguchi method is applied for the experimental plan and analysis of the parametric contribution with a statistical evaluation technique: Pareto Analysis of variance. The fracture surface morphology of 17-4 PHSS samples at different conditions indicated different failure. 17-4 PHSS samples LP1SS1HD1 condition displayed ductile-brittle fracture followed by LP3SS3HD2 and LP3SS3HD3 conditions displaying ductile failure. The wear features indicate abrasive pits and thin grooves across few areas reduced intensity of wear compared to the extensive wear-out surface observed at conditions. The optimized conditions are validated and recommended to industry personnel for reference.

The advent of digital technology has fundamentally altered the traditional modes of information exchange within enterprises, thereby impacting the concentration of supply chains. This study presents an empirical examination of the effects and underlying mechanisms by which digital transformation influences supply chain concentration, utilizing data from Chinese A-share listed companies spanning 2011 to 2021. The findings reveal that digital transformation enhances information transparency and reduces transaction costs, consequently contributing to a decrease in the concentration of enterprise supply chains. It is observed that the adoption of digital transformation leads to a significant diminution in supply chain concentration, a conclusion that retains its significance even under robustness testing. Further investigation indicates a more pronounced impact of digital transformation on diminishing the concentration of state-owned enterprise supply chains compared to their nonstate-owned counterparts. This research enriches the understanding of the impact of digital transformation on supply chain concentration, offering theoretical support for the acceleration of a unified large market development in China. The study underscores the transformative role of digital technology in reshaping enterprise supply chains, highlighting the necessity for strategic digital integration in modern business practices.

In an increasingly complex and dynamic business environment, employee job performance remains a critical determinant of organizational success. Emotional intelligence (EI) and leadership styles are widely acknowledged as key factors shaping workplace behavior, employee engagement, and overall productivity. EI, encompassing competencies such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, and social skills, enables leaders to cultivate trust, manage team dynamics, and enhance decision-making processes. Leadership styles, including transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire approaches, serve as strategic frameworks through which leaders influence employee performance and organizational outcomes. While extensive research has examined EI and leadership styles independently, there remains a paucity of studies investigating their combined influence and the underlying mechanisms that moderate this relationship across diverse organizational and cultural contexts. This review synthesizes existing literature to critically evaluate the intersection of EI and leadership styles, examining their collective impact on employee performance and identifying key moderating variables. Through a systematic analysis of recent empirical studies, the review highlights emerging trends, theoretical implications, and practical applications in leadership effectiveness. Additionally, it identifies crucial areas for future research, including cross-cultural variations, AI-integrated leadership paradigms, and the longitudinal effects of EI on employee outcomes. By addressing these gaps, this study contributes to the evolving discourse on leadership and organizational behavior, offering insights for both scholars and practitioners.
