Bin Luo received his B.S.degree in telecommunication from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2003, his M.S degree in applied mathematics from ENS Cachan, Cachan, France, in 2004, and hid Ph.D. degree in signal and image processing from ENST Paris, Paris, France, in 2007. He is currently a Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing, Wuhan University. His research interests include multisource remote sensing data fusion, multiscale remote sensing image information extraction, and multispectral remote sensing image classification.
