1.Liu Hongbo, Senior Engineer, Master Tutor. 2. Graduated from Xinjiang Agricultural University with a master's degree in Agricultural Soil and Water engineering in 2012. In 2020, majoring in hydraulic Engineering, Xinjiang Agricultural University, PhD candidate. 3. Presided over and participated in more than 20 projects of National Natural Science Foundation, national science and technology support plan and major special projects of the Autonomous region. 4.Research on efficient Water saving and salinization management technology in agriculture. 5. Won 2 first prizes of Agricultural Water-saving Science and Technology Awards, 1 second prize of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 second prize of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Excellent Survey and Design Industry Award, wrote dozens of scientific research projects and technical consulting reports, participated in the compilation of 2 monographs, 4 local standards of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, and published more than 30 papers.He has obtained 17 national patents (1 invention patent), and has been selected as the top Young Water Conservancy Talents of the Ministry of Water Resources in 2021, the 19th batch of "Visiting Scholars" of the Western Light of the Autonomous Region in 2022, and the key scientific research talents of the "Tianshan Fertile Soil Plan" of the Autonomous region in 2019.
