Syed Basit Ali Bukhari is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan. His Master’s degree is in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, Pakistan. He received a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Power Engineering from SungKyunKwan University, South Korea. His research interests include voltage stability, distributed generation, smart grids, power system modeling, power system planning, microgrids, multi-microgrids, and virtual power plants.
