Karol Malecha received his MSc degree in material science engineering from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Poland in 2005. In 2009 and 2014, at the same University, he received a PhD and D.Sc. degrees in electronics, respectively. Currently, he is employed at the Division of Microsystems, Wrocław University of Science and Technology as an associated professor, where he is involved in the modeling and manufacturing of microfluidic systems made with LTCC technology. He is also a vice-president of the International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS) Poland Chapter.
