Shengqin BIAN was born in Baoding City, Hebei
Province in 1977. She received a B.S. degrees from Hebei Normal University
in 2001 and received an M.S. degrees from Beijing Institute of Technology in
2004, and she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in control theory and control
engineering at the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
Since 2004, she has been working as an Engineer in the Experimental Center at the School of Computer and Communication Engineering. Her research
interests include image processing and compressed sensing.
