Noise filtering is a crucial task in digital image processing, performing the function of preprocessing. In this paper, we propose an algorithm that employs deep convolution and soft thresholding iterative algorithms to extract and learn the features of noisy images. The extracted features are acquired through prior and sparse representation theory for image reconstruction. Effective separation of the image and noise is achieved using an end-to-end network of dilated convolution and fully connected layers. Several experiments were performed on public images subject to various levels of Gaussian noise, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The results indicated that our algorithm achieved a high peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) and significantly improved the visual effects of the images. Our study supports the effectiveness of our approach and substantiates its potential to be applied to a broad spectrum of image processing tasks.

This paper is concerned with the problem of the working state class dynamic modeling and control of the complex system with statistical trajectory. Firstly, a novel discrete-time nonlinear working state class dynamic mathematical model of sintering machine is constructed byK-means cluster method for the local data, which overcomes difficulties of modeling by mechanism and describes the class change against the point movement. Then, based on the working state class dynamic modeling, the optimal control method which is significant to achieve trajectory tracking for sintering machine is developed by constructing the quadratic performance indicator. More importantly, the method facilitates control process realization from one class to another. Finally, the simulation is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper addresses a modified auxiliary model stochastic gradient recursive parameter identification algorithm (M-AM-SGRPIA) for a class of single input single output (SISO) linear output error models with multi-threshold quantized observations. It proves the convergence of the designed algorithm. A pattern-moving-based system dynamics description method with hybrid metrics is proposed for a kind of practical single input multiple output (SIMO) or SISO nonlinear systems, and a SISO linear output error model with multi-threshold quantized observations is adopted to approximate the unknown system. The system input design is accomplished using the measurement technology of random repeatability test, and the probabilistic characteristic of the explicit metric value is employed to estimate the implicit metric value of the pattern class variable. A modified auxiliary model stochastic gradient recursive algorithm (M-AM-SGRA) is designed to identify the model parameters, and the contraction mapping principle proves its convergence. Two numerical examples are given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the achieved identification algorithm.
