In the realm of ChatGPT's language capabilities, exploring Arabic Sentiment Analysis emerges as a crucial research focus. This study centers on ChatGPT, a popular machine learning model engaging in dialogues with users, garnering attention for its exceptional performance and widespread impact, particularly in the Arab world. The objective is to assess people's opinions about ChatGPT, categorizing them as positive or negative. Despite abundant research in English, there is a notable gap in Arabic studies. We assembled a dataset from X (formerly known as Twitter), comprising 2,247 tweets, classified by Arabic language specialists. Employing various machine learning algorithms, including Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (LR), Random Forest (RF), and Naïve Bayes (NB), we implemented hyperparameter optimization techniques such as Bayesian optimization, Grid Search, and random search to select the best hyperparameters that contribute to achieving the best performance. Through training and testing, performance enhancements were observed with optimization algorithms. SVM exhibited superior performance, achieving 90% accuracy, 88% precision, 95% recall, and 91% F1 score with Grid Search. These findings contribute valuable insights into ChatGPT's impact in the Arab world, offering a comprehensive understanding of sentiment analysis through machine learning methodologies.

To increase learning accuracy, it is important to remove misleading, redundant, and irrelevant features. Fuzzy rough set offers formal mathematical tools to reduce the number of attributes and determine the minimal subset. Unfortunately, using the formal approach is time consuming, particularly if a large dataset is used. In this paper, an efficient algorithm for finding a reduct is introduced. Several techniques are proposed and combined with the harmony search, such as using a balanced fitness function, fusing the classical ranking methods with the fuzzy-rough method, and applying binary operations to speed up implementation. Comprehensive experiments on 18 datasets demonstrate the efficiency of using the suggested algorithm and show that the new algorithm outperforms several well-known algorithms.

Technology has advanced and social media users have grown dramatically in the last decade. Because social media makes information easily accessible, some people or organizations distribute false news for political or commercial gain. This news may influence elections and attitudes. Even though English fake news is widely detected and limited, Arabic fake news is hard to recognize owing to a lack of study and data collection. Wara Arabic bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (WaraBERT), a hybrid feature extraction approach, combines word level tokenization with two Arabic bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (AraBERT) variants to provide varied features. The study also discusses eliminating stopwords, punctuations, and tanween markings from Arabic data. This study employed two datasets. The first, Arabic fake news dataset (AFND), has 606,912 records. Second dataset Arabic news (AraNews) has 123,219 entries. WaraBERT-V1 obtained 93.83% AFND accuracy using the bidirectional long short-term memory (BiLSTM) model. However, the WaraBERT-V2 technique obtained 81.25%, improving detection accuracy above previous researchers for the AraNews dataset. These findings show that WaraBERT outperforms word list techniques (WLT), term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF), and AraBERT on both datasets.

We present an investigation analysis approach for mining anonymous email content. The core idea behind our approach is concentrated on collecting various effective features from previous emails for all the possible suspects. The extracted features are then used with several machine learning algorithms to extract a unique writing style for each suspect. A sophisticated comparison between the investigated anonymous email and the suspects writing styles is employed to extract evidence of the possible email sender. Extensive experimental results on a real data sets show the improved performance of the proposed method with very limited number of features.
