Min Li received B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Geodesy and Surveying Engineering from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2005 and 2011, respectively. He was a research fellow with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is currently a professor at the GNSS Center of Wuhan University. His main work focuses on GNSS satellite orbit determination and precise point positioning as well as multi-GNSS processing using GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo.
