Qile Zhao received his Ph.D. from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2004 and his M.S. from the Institute of Geology, China Earthquake Administration, Wuhan, China, in 1998. In 2006–2007, as a postdoctoral fellow, he conducted his postdoctoral program in DEOS, Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands. He is currently a professor at the GNSS Research Center of Wuhan University, and his current research interests are precise orbit determination of GNSS and low Earth orbit satellites, and high-precision positioning using GPS, Galileo, and BeiDou systems.
