Dr. Fivos Panetsos is a Professor at UCM, Director of the Neuro-computing and Neuro-robotics Research Group at UCM and Director of the Neural Plasticity Research Group at IdISSC Hospital, Madrid. He has a Ph.D. in Medicine & Surgery, PhD in Biology, Dottore in Mathematics and a Specialist in Artificial Intelligence and Mathematical Modeling. He has been an assistant Prof at Univ Carlos III and UNED-Spain and a visiting scientist at several Universities worldwide. His research interests include scaffolds; retinal pigment epithelium; neurons; cultured cells; in vitro; Macular Degeneration, etc.
