Prof. Dr. Guoquan Li is a Professor at the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He completed his PhD studies in Circuits and Systems at Chongqing University, and was a joint PhD student at the University of Delaware, USA. He has published over 30 SCI/EI searchable academic papers and has applied for or been granted more than 10 national invention patents. He has presided over or participated in more than 10 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), and other provincial and ministerial projects on the Internet of Things (IoT). His research topics mainly include indoor positioning and resource allocation.
