Pinggang Jia received his Ph.D. degree in Instrument Science and Technology from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2013. He is currently a full professor at North University of China, where he is also a member of the staff of the Micro and Nano Technology Research Center. His research interests include fiber-optic sensors, MEMS, laser-based measurement technology, and high-temperature sensors.
