Prof. Martina Blašková, PhD. is a lecturer and researcher in the field of human potential development and organization behavior, with a special scientific attention to motivation, and especially, sustainable motivation. Within the area of human potential motivation, she performs a longitudinal research (since 2000) focused on searching the motivation, processes, prerequisites and necessary conditions of/for motivating employees and managers, and possibilities for interpersonal competences development in both the business organizations and higher education institutions. In the last decade, she focuses mainly on the issue of effective decision making in motivating human potential – the most significant output of her work is a series of models of motivational decision-making and models of symbiotic spirals between and among the motivating human potential and other processes of human potential development. She also orientates her efforts on exploring the profile of university teachers.
