The study involves a comparative analysis of cultural tourism in Bucharest and Paris to identify the main aspects of sustainable cultural tourism. A set of six characteristics (civil monuments and architectural assemblies, religious monuments and architectural assemblies, festivals, personalities, digitization of tourism, and cultural and educational institutions) was analyzed for both cities. For this purpose, the Benchmarking analysis, the SWOT analysis, and the Pareto analysis were used. The research results highlight the importance of a careful analysis of the categories and sub-categories identified for cultural tourism in the two cities, focusing on the situation in Bucharest to identify ways to improve the promotion and capitalization of cultural tourism and increase sustainability. The obtained results showed that cultural tourism in Bucharest is deficient in aspects such as Monuments and civil architecture and religious, and architectural monuments.

This research examines the evolution of female entrepreneurship and identifies future directions through a systematic bibliometric analysis of existing literature. Female entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in economic and social development, having both positive effects and specific challenges. The purpose of this study is to assess the trends and opportunities in this field, as well as to analyze the impact of female entrepreneurship on organizational competitiveness. Using the recognized academic database (Web of Science (WoS)), relevant literature is collected to obtain an overview of previous research. The methodology involves the application of bibliometric tools to assess scientific production, frequency of citations and influence of key authors. Analyzing these data, the research identifies collaborative networks between researchers and emphasizes the importance of studying female entrepreneurship in the context of organizational competitiveness. The results highlight not only the progress made in this field, but also the opportunities and future directions in female entrepreneurship research.

Modeling and mathematical simulation are used in every field. To obtain improvement of relationship with customers is also used modeling. Relational marketing is not a choice, is a demand. The customers, which are emotionally related with the organization, will have more trust into it and will develop a strong commitment and a sustainable relationship, if the organization is more involved in keeping a positive and strong relationship with its customers and determine their value. The goal of this study is to bring in discussion the role and the importance of relationship with customers based on sustainable communication, customers being the main source of profit and value on long term for any company. To obtain this, was implemented a model of simulation and strategic communication, analysed through the prism of customers' 360 degrees. Data were gathered from 100 customers and the results showed a strog relationship based on communication with its customers and the important role of employees in this relationship; the new technologies used in relationship with the customers, according to the literature, have a crucial role in attracting, retaining and growing the number of customers, but this study shows that is used at a very reduced level in the analysed organization. Mathematical simulation played an important role in discovering the right way through the maze of the new products and information present into the analysed supermarket based on continuous communication and relationship.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force within the digital economy, reshaping how organizations create value, compete, and innovate. For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), AI represents not only a technological advancement but also a strategic resource capable of generating sustainable competitive advantages. This study explores the role of artificial intelligence as a driver of competitiveness for SMEs operating in increasingly digitalized markets. It examines the mechanisms through which AI technologies enhance operational efficiency, support data-driven decisionmaking, improve customer experiences, and foster innovation. The research highlights both the opportunities and challenges associated with AI adoption in SMEs, including resource constraints, skill gaps, organizational readiness, and ethical considerations. By integrating theoretical perspectives with practical implications, the paper emphasizes that AI is not merely a tool for automation but a catalyst for business model transformation and strategic differentiation. The findings suggest that SMEs leveraging AI effectively can achieve greater adaptability, productivity, and market responsiveness, thereby strengthening their position within the digital economy. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of how emerging technologies influence competitive dynamics and provides insights for managers, policymakers, and researchers interested in digital transformation and SME development.
