Kiran Sultan received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the Department of Electrical Engineering, UET Taxila, Pakistan, in 2003 and 2008 respectively, and a Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Air University, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2013. She is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer and Information Technology (CIT), The Applied College, King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Her research interests include cognitive radio networks, cooperative communication, non-orthogonal multiple access techniques, detection and estimation techniques, evolutionary computation, cognitive Internet of Things, smart grids, and performance analysis of wireless communication systems.
