Modern materials science is aimed towards abandoning Portland cement in the production of building materials. The scientific novelty of this study lies in its being the first time a comprehensive study of the structure formation of alkali-activated materials (AAM) based on thermally treated marl and Na2SiO3 is carried out. The tasks for achieving this goal were to characterize the thermally treated marl as a new binder, and to comprehensively research the microstructure, fresh, physical, and mechanical properties of the AAM based on the binder. Received active particles of marl with a smaller size than Portland cement have a specific surface area of 580–590 m2/kg. The mineral composition of heat-treated marl is characterized by calcium silicates, which guarantee good binding properties. The results of X-ray diffraction analysis of the samples based on the clinker-free binder of alkaline activation using opoka-like marl confirmed the presence of calcite, quartz, and feldspar close to albite, micas, and zeolites. The obtained products of the chemical interaction of the components of the binder confirm the effectiveness of the newly developed AAM. As a result of comparing several binders, it was found that the binder “thermally treated marl—Na2SiO3” is the most effective, since for specimens based on it, a maximum compressive strength of 42.6 MPa, a flexural strength of 4.6 MPa, and minimum setting time were obtained (start 26 min, end 32 min) as well as a water absorption of 10.2 wt.%. The research results will be of interest to specialists in the construction industry, since the proposed recipes for clinker-free cements are an alternative to expensive and energy-intensive Portland cement and provide the creation of strong and durable concrete and reinforced concrete composites.

Modern software solutions have a multiplicative effect on enhancing quality of life across various urban sectors, including the environment, education, public health, security, transportation, time efficiency, employment, and other key aspects of city living. This article addresses a specific issue concerning the organisation of leisure activities for both local residents and tourists, using the Chechen Republic as a case study. In response, the study aimed to develop a digital solution to address this challenge, with potential for integration into the Republic’s unified digital ecosystem. By employing system analysis methods, the authors identified the key objects and stakeholders involved in the problem domain. They also defined the software product’s functionality and classified user categories. Using Unified Modelling Language methods, a use case diagram was developed to illustrate the conceptual operation of the system. Furthermore, object-oriented design methods were applied to create a user interface prototype for the software product. As a result, a digital service was developed that enables users to create personalised leisure routes, taking into account individual goals, time constraints, traffic conditions, and the real-time status of urban infrastructure. The resulting software solution is both customisable and scalable. The article also presents selected examples of project development.

High-strength concrete composites based on nanostructured additives and small aggregates from local deposits Obtaining is an urgent task. The I/C reducing possibility by the mixing water surface tension values reduction using a comprehensive nanomodifier is established. It is shown that combined use of silicon acid sol gel nanoparticles and Frem Giper S-TB hyperplasticizer leads to the water surface tension decrease to 31.4 mN/m. It has been experimentally established that when using comprehensive nano-additives in fine-grained concrete based on a fine aggregate from the deposit in the Chechen Republic and with the concrete mixture mobility of P1, the strength of the obtained samples was 61.17 MPa. When using this comprehensive nanoadditive in fine-grained concrete based on a monofractive standard aggregate with the mobility of P1, high-strength composites with a strength of more than 70 MPa were obtained. High-strength fine-grained concretes with low deformations based on local sands with a low coarseness modulus were obtained with the combined use of silicon acid sol gel nanoparticles and Frem Giper S-TB hyperplasticizer at a standard cement consumption. X-ray phase studies show a significant decrease in the reflection of peaks belonging to portlandite Ca(OH)2 when using a comprehensive additive. At the same time, the intensity of low-base calcium hydrosilicates peaks increases, which leads to a higher binding capacity. The obtained results make it possible to control early structuring of fine-grained concretes by impact the surface tension of aqueous surfactant solutions in cement concretes measured value.
