The economy is in a state of transformation into a new system, and it is quite realistic that economic entities will be under the influence of certain risky moments. The process of risk analysis and management should be considered by an enterprise as an integral part of enterprise management in extreme conditions of the economic development trajectory and be a guarantor of financial insurance. The goal of this study is the formation of a process approach in enterprise management—the creation of a universal risk management system based on the proposed risk management model to minimize the financial risks of an enterprise. We propose a risk management system that influences the forecasting of financial stability of an enterprise. To form the risk management system, we propose a model of an organisational system, the structural elements of which correspond to the principles of completeness, information capacity and consistency. We identified the diversity of direct and inverse relationships between factorial and productive characteristics, which indicates the complexity of the organisational system management process. The presence of “bottlenecks” in the implementation of expert systems tools was also noted. This was expressed in the difficulty of acquiring the knowledge necessary for the development of meaningful systems and structuring the knowledge gained in a form that is convenient for use. We used the method of qualitative modelling using the apparatus of weighted directed graphs. The study allowed us to formulate a list of factors that characterize the main activities of an enterprise in order to form a mathematical model of enterprise risk management. The developed predictive model is used to simulate extreme events and risks in the process of enterprise development, as one of the foundations of the enterprise management system in the conditions of economic transformation.

The paper deals with the transformation of the global economy in recent years, which re-quires the consulting business to respond quickly to changes such as increased digitalization, the introduc-tion of artificial intelligence and the development of global networks. In this regard, the study has tested the hypothesis that the transformation of offers in the consulting market in terms of digitalization and business expertise is conditioned by the need to form hybrid models of value creation that integrate special-ized expertise with digital tools in order to diversify and personalize the services provided. The object of the study is the consulting services market. The subject of the study is the transformation of the consulting ser-vices market under the influence of digitalization and specialization, their impact on the business models of consulting companies and changes in demand for consulting services. The study aims to analyze trends in the consulting services market, identify vectors of its development in the face of digitalization and specialization, and determine their impact on the structure and dynamics of the industry. To achieve the goal and confirm the hypothesis of the study, the authors apply the methods of observation, comparison, grouping, statistical analysis and modelling. The study analyses and systematizes the types of consulting services, and similar to the concept of the Industrial Revolution defines the stages of consulting development, which allow us to define the concepts of dynamic capabilities of this business. The study defines the principles of interaction between customers and consulting companies, which evolve un-der the influence of digital technologies and global processes. The work has proved the hypothesis that one of the key characteristics of specialized consulting companies is their ability to adapt to change, building strategies through digitalization and specialization of services.
The purpose of the study. We hypothesize that the use of a point-rating system in teaching helps to increase the student’s internal motivation in studying the discipline, improves the quality of education. Then the purpose of this study will be to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the use of the point-rating system for evaluating students’ knowledge for the Management direction. The study is mainly aimed at determining the impact of the point-rating system on the quality of students’ knowledge and skills acquisition in the study of the discipline “Business Process Management”, as well as analyzing students’ perception of this assessment system and its impact on learning motivation, activity in the classroom and self-assessment of their knowledge. The research methods. Let’s consider how the process of forming the point-rating system is in the study of the discipline “Business Process Management”, based on the statistical data of the lecturer, we will test the hypothesis of improving the quality of knowledge when using the methodology of the point-rating system based on the results of the work of second-year students of the Faculty of Higher school of management; we will identify the degree of motivation of students to master the educational program. We will analyze the students’ academic performance at the time of accumulation of points and during the exam, present a comparison of the results of the accumulated assessment and the final one. The information base of the study was the material of classes at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation on the discipline “Business Process Management” for second-year students of the Management programResults. An important place in the educational process management system is the point-rating assessment system. As already noted, one of the goals of the point-rating system application at a Financial University is to stimulate the systematic work of students during the semester (module). This means that the lecturer must develop the system so that students complete assignments systematically, not just when the next grading checkpoint is approaching. It is the systematic fulfillment of the proposed tasks that guarantees the full study of the discipline, improving the quality of study and, importantly, increasing the motivation of students to acquire knowledge. The results of the study showed the effectiveness of this technique and its focus on the personal characteristics of the student. A student can gain points by completing a given amount of work, setting priorities independently. At the same time, the quality of education does not decrease. Conclusion. The use of the point-rating system in modern universities has long been a matter of habit. However, the requirements for the quality of teaching are increasing every year, on the part of both students and employers. This study identifies the stages of improvement by quality management using the PDCA cycle in the development and use of the point-rating system for evaluating knowledge in the learning process, analyzing teaching and making changes and additions. The tools of these approaches are described, as well as ways to improve the quality of teaching using the example of the discipline “Business Process Management”.

The relevance of the topic is due to the strategic importance of the agricultural sector for ensuring the sovereignty and food security of the country. The purpose of the article is to study the problems of the labor market and develop a comprehensive index of the region’s human resources potential to analyze the regions’ readiness for sustainable development of the Russian agro-industrial complex. The main reasons for the shortage of personnel are the low attractiveness of rural areas, stereotypes about work in agriculture and, most importantly, the lack of efficiency and territorial unevenness of educational programs. At the same time, since 2025, there has been an increase in interest in agricultural professions, due to systematic measures: the introduction of regulation of recruitment on a paid basis, the opening of 600 agrotechnical classes and the project «Personnel in agriculture». The central element of the research is the development of a comprehensive index of the personnel potential of the agro-industrial complex (CIPP f the agro-industrial complex), in which educational potential is highlighted as one of two key components (along with professional), which emphasizes the priority of affordable, high-quality and practice-oriented education in ensuring the sustainability of the industry. The index is calculated for 15 subjects of the Russian Federation using minimax normalization and weighted aggregation. The analysis revealed significant regional differentiation and demonstrated the close relationship between universities and manufacturing. The results confirm that high-quality educational programs are not just a tool for training personnel, but also the basis for increasing the attractiveness of the agro-industrial complex. The proposed index can be used for strategic planning and justification of investments in human capital.

This work reviews measurement systems applied for static and dynamic detection of object coordinates as well as acquiring information of their position at various distances. The market of measurement systems based on video cameras has been analyzed. Their classification is presented, fields of application are described, advantages and disadvantages are summarized for each type of measurement systems. In addition, it has been revealed that the frequency and extent of measurement errors depend not only on the quality on system components but also on numerous other factors, such as light flare, microvibrations, thermal expansion, etc. The review of measurement systems is necessary for determination of the most efficient method of conversion of video surveillance system into measurement system.
The study is aimed at attempting to supplement and justify methodological approaches to rating and indicator assessment of the environmental attractiveness of industrial environmental marketing in the metallurgical complex. The relevance of this study is based on the state of the global ecosystem, in which irreversible processes are taking place. The metallurgical industry ranks second among all industries in terms of emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. Environmental safety requirements for the metallurgical complex in the modern world have reached a leading position; they are a key aspect of motivating consumers and manufacturers of products. In the paper, industrial marketing was defined as a new vector of strategic marketing based on the allocation of priority areas for the implementation of environmental marketing functions. Industrial eco marketing was also considered as a set of measures for optimal interaction between production and consumers in the context of environmental safety, which is provided for all participants of the economic union. It was proposed to consider the participants of the economic union as a closed system of three derivatives: industry, consumer and ecosystem. Using the interests of these components, an approach to assessing the potential of eco marketing in the metallurgical complex, taking into account stabilizing and destabilizing factors, was discussed. A method for determining the expectation of each factor was proposed. Using the ranking method and calculating the sum of multipliers for each factor, it is possible to determine their share in the level of eco marketing potential in the metallurgical complex.
