Aleksandr Sukhikh graduated from the Novosibirsk Technical University, Department of Semiconductors and Microelectronics, in 2014 and received a specialist degree in Electronics and Nanoelectronics. He received a PhD degree from the Nikolaev Institute of Inorganic Chemistry, Novosibirsk, Russia, in 2019. The title of his PhD thesis was " X-ray diffraction study of the structural organization of the layers of the non-substituted and substituted phthalocyanines MPc (M = Co, Pd, Zn, VO)". He currently works as a research scientist in the Laboratory of Crystal Chemistry of the Nikolaev Institute of Inorganic Chemistry. His research interests are mainly directed toward the investigation of various metal phthalocyanine single crystals and thin films by X-ray methods and study of their electrical properties.
