Cristina Sánchez López de Pablo received her M.Eng. Degree in Telecommunication Engineering (2009), her M.Sc. Degree in Telemedicine and Bioengineering (2010), and her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering (2013), from the Technical University of Madrid (UPM). From 2009 to 2015, she was a member of the Center for Biomedical Technology (UPM), participating in several scientific projects focused on applied nanotechnology. From 2013 to 2014 she also worked as associated professor in the field of BioMEMS at Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M). Since 2014, she has worked as associate professor in the BSc in Biomedical Engineering at San Pablo CEU University Foundation of Madrid, and since 2016 she has been the international relations coordinator in engineering at the same university. Her research activity is focused on bioinstrumentation, sensors/biosensors, rehabilitation assistive technologies, and nanomedicine applications. The results of her investigation have been presented in national and international congresses and have led to several articles in indexed journals.
