Jia-Jung Wang received his B.S. degree in 1985 and his M.S. degree in 1987 in Biomedical Engineering from Chung-Yuan Christian University, Taiwan, ROC. He obtained his M.S. degree in 1995 and his Ph.D. degree in 1996 in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA. After two years of military service, he worked for the National Science Council of the Republic of China as an Assistant Manager of the Division of Engineering Technology and Development from 1989 to 1992. He was the Chairman of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Yuanpei Technical College, Taiwan, from 1996 to 2000. Furthermore, he served as the Chairman of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at I-Shou University, Taiwan, both from 2004 to 2007 and from 2011 to 2014. He is now a Professor with the Department of Biomedical Engineering at I-Shou University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. His research interests include the design of biomedical instrumentation, the analysis of cardiovascular signals, the application of medical transducers, and smart healthcare.

Short Biography

Jia-Jung Wang received his B.S. degree in 1985 and his M.S. degree in 1987 in Biomedical Engineering from Chung-Yuan Christian University, Taiwan, ROC.
