Face landmarking is a primary goal of many projects that lead to face-preparing activities, like biometric recognition and mental state comprehension. Despite the inherent diversity of faces, the topic has proven to be extremely difficult due to a wide range of perplexing variables, such as position, expression, illumination, and occlusions. The aim of the HASAAM integrated fitting model is to find new solutions for the feature identification issue by combining the strengths of the Active Shape Model (ASM) and Active Appearance Model (AAM) to provide unique findings on the feature detection problem. In the first step, the ASM was used to identify the external shape landmarks of the face, and in the second stage, the AAM was used to identify the interior form landmarks. Then, the two kinds of landmarks are combined to generate the full face landmark. One issue with ASM is that it can’t produce an optimal global result since it will unavoidably converge to neighborhood minima. Nonetheless, ASM produces precise fitting results for the face’s exterior features, which need essential gradient values. In order to prevent AAM from fitting in order to address the local minima problem, ASM was used to identify these exterior landmarks of the face. The trials were run using the MORPH and LFPW datasets, which are available to the general public. In comparison to other techniques like ASM and AAM, the proposed hybrid model experiment result demonstrated effectiveness in extracting facial features with error rates of 2.2628% for the LFPW database and 2.7174% for the MORPH database. This better result helps to compensate for variations in shape and texture. The suggested hybrid method may be expanded to recognize gender, estimate head posture, estimate gaze, find facial feature points in the presence of significant pose fluctuations, and detect facial expressions.

Mobile devices are playing an important role in our daily lives. Nowadays, mobile devices are not only phones to call and text, but they are also smart devices that enable users to do almost any task that could be done on a regular PC. At the heart of the design of smartphones, there lies the processor to which almost all the development in the smartphone arena is attributed. Recently, ARM processors are among the most prominent processors used in mobile devices, smartphones, and embedded systems. This paper conducts an experimental comparative study of ARM 64-bit processors in terms of performance and their effect on power consumption, CPU temperature, and battery temperature. We use a number of well-known benchmarks to evaluate those characteristics of three smartphones, namely, Snapdragon 778G+, Exynos 1280 and HiSilicon Kirin 980. Those smartphones are all equipped with ARM 64-bit processors. Our results reveal that none of the three-selected smartphones was the best in all characteristics; each has superiority amongst others in certain characteristics and is dominated by others in other characteristics.

This study aims to measure the influence of university incubators on promoting the culture of entrepreneurship and to what extent these incubators guide and motivate students, teaching staff, and university employees to achieve entrepreneurial achievements in various disciplines and fields. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the required data. The study population consists of students, teaching staff, administrators, and employees from almost all Jordanian universities, which are estimated to be more than tens of thousands. We distributed the questionnaire among 14 universities, and only 310 responses were collected. Based on the results of the questionnaire that were statistically analyzed, presented, and processed we believe that business incubators are like any existing project. Universities must pay attention to all matters that may lead to their success, including attention to all administrative, financial, and marketing matters, in addition to paying attention to all work they carry out, including the mechanism of helping small projects. It is necessary to introduce an entrepreneurship course within the compulsory requirements at the university level and for first or second-year students, because of its importance in spreading the culture of entrepreneurship among students. We hope that our recommendations will change the horizons of the university community and intellectual level and convert graduate students from “job seekers” into “job creators” which strongly contribute to solving unemployment and poverty problems.
