Seraphim Papanikolaou is an Agronomist of Food Science and Technology (GPA, 1993), holds two postgraduate diplomas (1994 and 1995) and a doctoral diploma (1998) (University of Lorraine, France), and serves as a Professor at GPA in the subject of “Food Biotechnology-Bioprocesses”. He is working as an Assistant Professor at the Laboratory of Food Microbiology and Biotechnology, Agricultural University of Athens, Greece. He has extended his valuable service for many years and has been a recipient of many awards and grants. His international experience includes various programs, contributions, and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests include microbiology, biotechnology, and food biotechnology.
