Angela DIGULESCU received a B.S. degree in Telecommunications from the ‘Ferdinand I’ Military Technical Academy, Bucharest, Romania, in 2010, an M.S. degree in mobile communication from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, Romania, and a Ph.D. degree in signal processing at the University Grenoble Alpes, France. Currently, she is a university lecturer at the Department of Communications for Defense and Security, Faculty of Communications and Electronic Systems for Defense and Security, “Ferdinand I” Military Technical Academy. Her main research interests include signal processing, radio communications, and data transmission.
