Ning Li received his B.S. degree in electronic information engineering from Northeast Forestry University, Harbin, China, in 2009; his M.S. degree in communication and information systems from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China, in 2012; and his Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IECAS), Beijing, China, in 2015. In July 2015, he joined the Department of Space Microwave Remote Sensing Systems, IECAS, Beijing, China, where he was an assistant professor. Since December 2017, he has been a full professor at the School of Computer and Information Engineering, Henan University, Kaifeng, China. His research interests include synthetic aperture radar (SAR), inverse SAR imaging algorithms and autofocusing techniques, SAR polarimetric theory, and SAR image processing. Dr. Li was the recipient of the 2015 Special Prize of the President Scholarship for Postgraduate Students from the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
