An information security audit method (ISA) for a distributed computer network (DCN) of an informatization object (OBI) has been developed. Proposed method is based on the ISA procedures automation by using Bayesian networks (BN) and artificial neural networks (ANN) to assess the risks. It was shown that such a combination of BN and ANN makes it possible to quickly determine the actual risks for OBI information security (IS). At the same time, data from sensors of various hardware and software information security means (ISM) in the OBI DCS segments are used as the initial information. It was shown that the automation of ISA procedures based on the use of BN and ANN allows the DCN IS administrator to respond dynamically to threats in a real time manner, to promptly select effective countermeasures to protect the DCS.
The Republic of Kazakhstan is one of the resource‐rich countries and is proactively embracing the sustainable development goals (SDGs) via different strategies. The country has also pledged to achieve significant reduction in the emissions of greenhouse gases by 2030 relative to 1990 level. One of the key approaches to achieving these goals in this country is the development of renewable energies. The present study provides a comprehensive review of existing reports, data and research on renewable energy in this country by analyzing sources obtained from scientific databases, as well as reports and data from international institutions. The aim is to assess the potential and current status of various energy sources and to identify related opportunities and challenges. Among different sources, wind energy has the most significant potential to be used for power generation. This evidenced by the fact that half of the country's territory has an average wind speed in the range of 4–6 m/s. Solar energy also has acceptable potential for power generation, especially in the southern and central regions of the country with an annual potential in the range of 1300–1800 kWh/m 2 . Additionally, other sources of energy possess acceptable potential and could serve both power generation and other purposes, such as heating. Challenges related to the development of these systems can include poor infrastructures, the need for investment and technical issues like grid balance. Overall, renewable energies offer the country promising alternatives to fossil fuels, with a variety of advantages including job creation, environmental protection, enhanced energy security.

This paper has proposed a model of the computational core for the decision support system (DSS) when investing in the projects of information security (IS) of the objects of informatization (OBI). Including those OBI that can be categorized as critically important. Unlike existing solutions, the proposed model deals with decision-making issues in the ongoing process of investing in the projects to ensure the OBI IS by a group of investors. The calculations were based on the bilinear differential quality games with several terminal surfaces. Finding a solution to these games is a big challenge. It is due to the fact that the Cauchy formula for bilinear systems with arbitrary strategies of players, including immeasurable functions, cannot be applied in such games. This gives grounds to continue research on finding solutions in the event of a conflict of multidimensional objects. The result was an analytical solution based on a new class of bilinear differential games. The solution describes the interaction of objects investing in OBI IS in multidimensional spaces. The modular software product "Cybersecurity Invest decision support system " (Ukraine) for the Windows platform is described. Applied aspects of visualization of the results of calculations obtained with the help of DSS have been also considered. The Plotly library for the Python algorithmic language was used to visualize the results. It has been shown that the model reported in this work can be transferred to other tasks related to the development of DSS in the process of investing in high-risk projects, such as information technology, cybersecurity, banking, etc.
