Background: The lack of artificial intelligence applications in nursing education and the nursing profession in Turkey and the need for strategies for integrating artificial intelligence into the nursing profession continues. At this point, there is a need to transform the negative attitudes and anxiety that may occur in nurses. Objectives: It was aimed to reorganize the professional transformation in this parallel by analyzing the effect of digital leadership perception, which is explained as how nurses approach digital technologies and innovations and their awareness of how and with which methods they can use these technologies on artificial intelligence anxiety and attitude in the nursing profession.Design: The study was designed as descriptive, correlational, and cross‐sectional.Participants: The research was conducted by reaching 439 nurses working in hospitals operating in three different regions of Turkey by simple random sampling method. Methods: In the first part of the data collection tool used in this study, digital leadership scale, artificial intelligence use anxiety, and artificial intelligence attitude scales were used, including questions determining the demographic information of nurses, their relationship with technology, artificial intelligence usage status and its importance in the profession. Results: It was determined that 29.8% of the nurses had a good relationship with technology, 66.3% knew about using artificial intelligence in health, and 27.3% wanted it to be more involved in their lives. It was determined that nurses' perceptions of digital leadership were at a medium level of 46.9% and a high level of 41.7%, 82.7% had a positive attitude towards artificial intelligence, and 82.7% had low or medium level anxiety when their artificial intelligence anxiety status was examined. There was a significant and negative relationship between digital leadership and AI anxiety (r = −0.434; p < 0.01), a significant and positive relationship between digital leadership and AI attitude (r = 0.468; p < 0.01), and a significant and negative relationship between AI attitude and AI anxiety (r = −0.629; p < 0.01). Finally, it was determined that nurses' perception of digital leadership indirectly affected AI anxiety through AI attitude (β = −0.230, 95% CI [−0.298, −0.165]).Conclusion: It is suggested that the anxiety and attitude towards artificial intelligence can be transformed positively with the effect of digital leadership, and in this parallel, the digital leadership phenomenon should be evaluated as a practical implementation strategy in integrating artificial intelligence into the nursing profession.Clinical Relevance: Our study showed that artificial intelligence attitude has a mediating role in the indirect effect of the perception of digital leadership in nursing on AI anxiety. It was determined that nurses' digital leadership perception, artificial intelligence anxiety, and artificial intelligence attitude differed significantly with demographic variables.

Artificial intelligence can be an important tool in developing creative thinking while supporting individualized learning and problem-solving skills in educational processes. However, the effect of artificial intelligence on creative thinking may differ depending on factors such as students’ digital literacy level and the academic support they receive. In this context, how artificial intelligence can encourage creative thinking in educational processes and how this process is shaped by digital literacy and academic support stands out as an issue to be investigated. This study artificial intelligence to determine the effect of artificial intelligence use on creative thinking skills in nursing students, the mediating role of digital literacy in this effect, and the situational mediating effect of academic support. This cross-sectional and descriptive correlational study was conducted with 426 nursing students from three universities in different regions of Turkey during the fall semester of 2024–2025. Simple random sampling method was used. Data were collected through demographic information form and four valid and reliable scales. Research findings show that using artificial intelligence substantially and significantly affects Creative Thinking (β = 0.70, p < 0.001). Digital literacy plays mediating role in this relationship, indirectly strengthening the effect of artificial intelligence use on creative thinking (β = 0.422, LLCI = 0.357, ULCI = 0.490). As a moderating factor of this relationship, the academic support creates a more limited effect at low levels of academic support (Effect = 0.224). At the same time, it maximizes this effect at high levels of support (Effect = 0.298). The effect of artificial intelligence use on Creative Thinking is significantly strengthened by the mediating role of digital literacy and the moderating role of academic support. These findings suggest that developing digital skills and strengthening academic support mechanisms are critical to integrating artificial intelligence technologies into educational processes. Artificial intelligence significantly increases the creative thinking tendencies of nursing students both directly and through digital literacy. The academic support is a critical factor that strengthens the development of creative thinking skills by regulating the effect of artificial intelligence usage on digital literacy. Integrating artificial intelligence applications into the curriculum and developing digital literacy skills in nursing education programs can potentially increase the creative thinking and problem-solving competencies of 21st-century health professionals.

Increasing quality and efficiency in health services can directly relate to nurses’ innovative work behaviors. The happiness levels of nurses at the workplace can positively affect their innovative work behaviors and their willingness to make a positive difference in patient care. In this context, the study aims to examine the serial mediation role of these factors by associating the effect of nurse happiness on innovative work behaviors with transformational leadership and perception of artificial intelligence use. Nurses working in two medium-sized public hospitals in the Eastern Black Sea region of Turkey were selected as the study sample. Data were collected from 458 nurses by convenience sampling method. In this cross-sectional study, scales whose validity and reliability were supported by other studies were used. When the findings of the study were evaluated, a significant positive relationship was found between nurses’ happiness and innovative work behavior. In addition, it was found that transformational leadership and perception of AI usage had a mediating role separately in the relationship between nurses’ happiness and innovative work behavior. Finally, when the research model was tested, it was also determined that transformational leadership and perception of AI use have a serial mediating role in the relationship between nurses’ happiness and innovative work behavior. This study revealed that nurse happiness has a significant and positive effect on innovative work behaviors, and transformational leadership and perception of artificial intelligence use have a serial mediating role in this relationship. Ultimately, this research offers some theoretical and practical implications for practitioners by emphasizing the strategic importance of transformational leadership practices and the integration of artificial intelligence technologies, as well as increasing the happiness levels of nurses to promote innovation in healthcare services.

This study was designed to culturally adapt the "Attitude towards Artificial Intelligence Ethics (EAI)" scale into Turkish and to evaluate its validity and reliability in the Turkish population. This study was designed as methodological research to adapt the Attitudes Towards EAI Scale into Turkish and to evaluate its psychometric properties. The linguistic and cultural adaptation of the scale was carried out using the translation-back translation method. The study sample sample consisted of 656 undergraduate nursing students studying at a university in Türkiye. Participants were determined by a simple random sampling method, and voluntary participation was taken as a basis. When the findings were evaluated, the results of the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) showed that the original five-factor structure of the scale (transparency, harmlessness, privacy, responsibility, and fairness) was largely preserved. According to the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) results, it was determined that the five-factor model had good fit values. The scale's internal consistency was evaluated with Cronbach Alpha (α) coefficient, and α values for all sub-dimensions ranged between 0.85 and 0.95. These results show that the scale has a high level of reliability. In addition, composite reliability (CR) values above 0.70 and average variance extracted (AVE) values above 0.50 supported the convergent and discriminant validity of the scale. Furthermore, discriminant validity was further confirmed by MSV (< 0.31) and ASV (< 0.18), and EFA results via the FACTOR program (RMSEA = 0.047, CFI = 0.993, NNFI = 0.985) also supported the five-factor structure. Measurement invariance across gender was established at all levels (∆CFI < 0.01). The results show that the EAI is an appropriate tool for assessing university students' attitudes toward artificial intelligence ethics in Turkish society. In this direction, testing the scale in different professional groups, age groups, and cultural contexts in the future may expand its generalizability and usage areas. In addition, such scales are thought to provide important contributions to educational programs and policy development processes to increase ethical awareness in today's rapidly developing artificial intelligence technologies.

Purpose: The study was designed to investigate the moderating role of employee motivation as a mediator of psychological ownership in the relationship between nurses’ perception of participatory leadership and their organizational learning behaviors.Design/methodology/approach: The study included 476 nurses working in a training and research hospital in the east of Turkey. This study, prepared in accordance with the Strobe checklist, was designed as a cross-sectional descriptive study. Data were collected using a demographic information form, a participative leadership scale, an organizational learning scale, a psychological ownership scale and a motivation scale. Correlation analyses and mediator model tests were performed to examine the relationship between these variables.Findings: As a result, it was found that nurses’ perceptions of participative leadership positively and significantly affected organizational learning (r = 0.74; p < 0.01), participative leadership positively affected psychological ownership (r = 0.29; p < 0.01) and nurses’ psychological ownership positively and significantly affected organizational learning (r = 0.41; p < 0.01). In addition, it was found that nurses’ psychological ownership had a mediating role in the effect of participatory leadership perceptions on organizational learning (CI [0.030, 0.089]) and nurse motivation had a moderating role between psychological ownership and organizational learning (β = 0.168, 95% CI [0.064, 0.271]).Originality/value: The study’s findings have practical implications for the Turkish health system and healthcare administrators. Administrators can significantly enhance organizational learning by implementing participative leadership training and fostering a sense of ownership among nurses. Empowering nurses to take charge of their learning and emphasizing the role of motivation can further drive organizational growth.
