Associate Professor and Head of the Division of Biogenic Raw Materials at the Mineral and Energy Economy Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Cracow, Poland). Deputy Director of the Krakow Interdisciplinary Doctoral School. Since 2016, associated with the Faculty of Management of the AGH University of Science and Technology. She completed her Ph.D. in 2015 and a post-doctoral degree in 2021 in Environmental Engineering. Her research interests include environmental management and engineering. Author and co-author of over 150 publications (h-index 22). She participates as the leader and contractor in international projects (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, EIT Raw Materials, National Agency of Academic Exchange - NAWA, Visegrad Fund, Norey Grants) related to the management of raw materials and the development of recommendations (roadmaps) in the context of implementing the assumptions of sustainable development (SD), circular economy (CE), and Green Deal in the water and sewage, fertilizer, and agri-food sectors. Additionally, she deals with ecological education in the field of circular economy for various stakeholder groups (children and youth, students and PhD students, and specialists).
