Yunhyuk Choi received B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Korea University, Seoul, Korea, in 2005, 2007, and 2012, respectively. From 2012 to 2014, he was a senior research engineer with the LSIS Corporation, Seoul, Korea. He also served as a post-doctor at the Korea University from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, he was a senior researcher at the KEPCO research institute, Daejeon, Korea. Since 2017, he has been an assistant professor in the major of electrical engineering at Daegu Catholic University, Daegu, Korea. His main subjects are distribution system analysis, smart inverter control for flexible energy, ESS control schemes, and DSO operation for VPPs.
