Zeyad Ghaleb Al-Mekhlafi received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology, Yemen, in 2002. He received his M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Department of Communication Technology and Network, Universiti National Malaysia (UKM) in 2011, and he received his Ph.D. from the Department of Communication Technology and Network, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia, in 2018. He is currently a lecturer at the University of Ha’il, where he is also an Assistant Professor at the College of Computer Science and Engineering. His current research interests include the topics of wireless sensor networks, energy management and control for wireless networks, time synchronization, bio-inspired mechanisms, and emerging wireless technology standards.
