MARIO GONZALEZ-LEE received the M. Sc. in Microelectronics and D.Sc. in Communications and Electronics, both by the National Polytechnics Institute (IPN) of México in 2002 and 2007, respectively. From 2007 to 2011, he was with the Graduate Department of the IPN of México as an assistant Professor. He is currently a Professor of the FIEC of the Universidad Veracruzana. His research interests include signal and systems, digital watermarking and fractional calculus. He has authored and co-authored more of the 30 Journal and Conference papers.
