Prof. Miguel Hernando obtained his MS degree in Electrical Engineering and his PhD in Automatic Control and Robotics from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), Spain. He is currently a Professor at the Department of Electronics and Automatic Control and a Researcher at the Centre for Automation and Robotics (CAR), UPM. His research interests include motion path planning, service robots, and micro-robotics.
