About Me
Octavian Proştean graduated in Automatic Control from "Politehnica" University of Bucharest, Romania (1970) and he received a Ph.D. degree in Applied Electronics from "Politehnica" University of Timisoara (1989). Currently he is Professor at the Automation and Applied Informatics Department, Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering, "Politehnica" University of Timisoara. His activity is focused on Modeling and Identification Systems, Systems Parameter Estimation, Adaptive Control, Renewable Energy and Intelligent Transportation System.
