Prof. Dr. Yelko Rodríguez-Carrasco is a Professor at the Research Group in Alternative Methods for Determining Toxic Effects and Risk Assessment of Contaminants and Mixtures (RiskTox), Laboratory of Food Chemistry and Toxicology, Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences, Universitat de València. He received his Diploma in Human Nutrition and Diet, a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, a Master's degree in Food Quality and Safety, and his PhD in Food Science. His research interests mainly include toxin, toxicity, contaminant detection, risk assessment, chromatography, spectrometry, mass spectrometry, and analytical chemistry.
