Chunjian Tan received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Microelectronics Manufacturing Engineering from Guilin University of Electronic Technology, Guilin, China, in 2015 and 2018, respectively. To date, he has published 22 SCI journal papers with high-impact factors and 13 technical papers at several international conferences. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Mathematics and Computer Science, Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands. His research focuses on two topics: I) understanding the electronic structure of 2D materials and finding their possible applications relating to field-effect transistors and sensing; II) studying wide-bandgap semiconductors and their application in high-voltage power devices.
