Over 10% of the world’s population now suffers from chronic kidney disease (CKD), and millions die yearly. CKD should be detected early to extend the lives of those suffering and lower the cost of therapy. Building such a multimedia-driven model is necessary to detect the illness effectively and accurately before it worsens the situation. It is challenging for doctors to identify the various conditions connected to CKD early to prevent the condition. This study introduces a novel hybrid deep learning network model (HDLNet) for CKD early detection and prediction. A deep learning-based technique called the Deep Separable Convolution Neural Network (DSCNN) has been suggested in this research for the early detection of CKD. More processing attributes of characteristics chosen to indicate a kidney issue are extracted by the Capsule Network (CapsNet). Using the Aquila Optimization Algorithm (AO) method, the pertinent characteristics are selected to speed up the categorization process. The necessary features improve classification effectiveness while needing less computational effort. The DSCNN technique is optimized to diagnose kidney illness as CKD or non-CKD using the Sooty Tern Optimization Algorithm (STOA). The CKD dataset, found in the UCI machine learning repository, is then used to test the dataset. Accuracy, sensitivity, MCC, PPV, FPR, FNR, and specificity are the performance metrics for the suggested CKD classification approach. Additional experimental findings demonstrate that the suggested method produces a better categorization of CKD than the present state-of-the-art method.

Cardiovascular problems have emerged as a significant concern, adversely impacting individuals across all age groups. Several recent research studies have used Machine learning (ML) techniques to design decision-making systems for the tremendous data in the medical sector. Although these works obtained promising results, most of the studies focused on small datasets. Since the size of the dataset affects algorithm performance, this study used two datasets, such as Kaggle’s heart disease dataset of over 70,000 records and UCI’s heart disease dataset of 1025 records. In addition to the old features the Pulse Pressure (PP), the Body Mass Index (BMI), and the Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP), three new features are introduced to improve the results. This paper proposes the TLV (Two-Layer Voting) model, which is an ensemble method of hard and soft voting. As part of layer 1, features are shortlisted by soft and hard voting using three statistical methods, including the ANOVA f-test, Chi-squared test, and Mutual Information. In layer 2, soft voting and hard voting performance are compared, which incorporates Multi-Layer Perceptron, Decision Tree, Support Vector Classifier, and Random Forest algorithms. Classification algorithms are hyper-tuned using the GridSearchCV method in the second layer. Using UCI’s heart disease dataset and Kaggle’s CVD dataset, the proposed TLV methodology with soft voting provided the highest accuracy of 99.03% and 88.09%, respectively. The proposed model significantly outperforms existing CAD disease prediction studies.

Disease detection is a critical issue in the field of medical diagnostics. Failure to identify heart disease (HD) at an early stage can lead to mortality. The lack of access to expert physicians in remote areas further exacerbates the problem. Big data analytics (BDA) is an emerging area that can help extract valuable information from vast amounts of data and improve medical diagnosis while reducing costs. Machine learning (ML) algorithms have been effectively employed in many fields, including medical diagnostics. ML methods can help doctors detect and forecast illnesses at an early stage by creating classifier systems. In this article, we propose a unique ML- and BDA-based squirrel search-optimized Gradient Boosted Decision Tree (SS-GBDT) for the detection of heart disease. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through various performance indicators. The results show that the proposed method is highly efficient in medical diagnosis, with 95% accuracy rate, 95.8% precision, 96.8% recall and 96.3% F1-measure achieved by the SS-GBDT. The use of BDA and ML can greatly enhance medical diagnosis and this proposed method is a significant step in this direction.

The precise identification of FLAIR abnormalities in brain MR images is essential for diagnosing and managing lower-grade gliomas, segmentation continues to be a difficult task. In this research, we develop an exhaustive strategy that integrates advanced deep learning models such as DeepLabv3, U-Net, DenseNet121-Unet, ResNet50, Attention U-Net and EfficientNet to effectively segment FLAIR abnormalities in a dataset comprising 110 lower-grade glioma patients. The cancer Imaging achieve (TCIA), includes genomic cluster data and patient-specific details. Our methodology tackles the multi-class data imbalanced by employing a customized loss function, which merges Categorical Cross Entropy (CCE) WCE and WMDL functions are used to calculate loss, allowing the network to accurately segment smaller tumor regions. By performing dense network training on 3D picture patches, the suggested technique improves detection of border region artifacts and efficiently manages storage and system limited resources. We evaluate our strategy’s effectiveness on the presented dataset, emphasizing its potential for assisting correct diagnosis and individualized treatment strategies for patients with lower-grade gliomas.

Cloud computing is now a fundamental type of computing due to technological innovation and it is believed to be a benefit for mid-scale enterprises. The use of cloud computing is increasing daily, which improves service quality but also gives rise to security concerns. Finding trustworthy service can be very challenging, take a great deal of time, or produce subpar services. Due to these difficulties, the client needs a service that is dependable, suitable, time-saving, and trustworthy. As a result, from the end user’s perspective, adopting a cloud service’s trustworthiness becomes crucial. Trust is a measure of how well users’ expectations about a service’s capabilities are realized. In this research, a recommendation system for cloud service customers based on random iterative fuzzy computation (RIFTC) is proposed. RIFTC focuses on the assessment of trust using Quality of Service (QoS) characteristics. RIFTC calculates trust using the machine learning approach Support Vector Regression (SVR). RIFTC can helpfully recommend a cloud service to the end user and anticipate the trust values of cloud services.. Precision (97%), latency (51%), throughput (25.99 mbps), mean absolute error (54%), and re-call (97%) rates are used to assess how well this recommendation system performs. RIFTC’s average F-measure rate is calculated by adjusting the number of users from 200 to 300, and it is 93.46% more accurate on average with less time spent than the current methodologies.
